Elevated sulfate and minerals
Midway's report lists total dissolved solids and sulfate ranging from about 284 to 708 ppm. Sulfate at the higher end can affect taste and, at high levels, act as a mild laxative for people not used to it. It is within the federal limit, but it is a real reason a lot of Midway homes filter their drinking water.
Naturally occurring arsenic, within limits

A coliform detection that was resolved
